Jobs Responsibility/Description Achieve sales Target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products. Maintain outlet employee job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Identifies existing and prospect customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers. Preparing & create new customer segment. Ensuring availability of product merchandising and give new look of respective outlet. Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records [MIR]. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Ensuring proper showroom inventory management.
